Who We Are

Evi Giannopoulou: Architect/Engineer. Graduated in Aristotle Univeristy of Thessaloniki. She is well established in the Architectural Sector since 1970’s. She has worked ever since, building up a large portfolio of residential, renovation and interior design projects. Her expertise input is of great value to each and every project materialized.

Myrto Koliri: Architect, studied in U.K and specializes in Bioclimatic design ( Environmental Design and Engineering MSc). She joined the practice in 2004. She has a passion for Environmental design and contemporary Architecture which she tries to combine harmoniously in given projects.

The office, founded by Evi Giannopoulou-Architect/Engineer is based in Nothern suburbs of Athens, Greece. The practice’s portfolio includes numerous residential projects, small scale commercial, and public sector projects. 

We emphasize careful understanding of site morphology and typology, comprehensive attention to sustainability and green design, as well as knowledge of construction methods and material properties.  We get involved from the design stage up to construction and completion. Every project has sustainable approach in the forefront of our thinking.

According to case, passive solar systems and renewable sources is used. We also provide detailing and material specification with the goal of employing natural resources judiciously. We strive to make works of aesthetic excellence and function through the unique character of our client’s program.
